The Inaugural Post

Yes, I finally succcumbed/ yielded/ buckled to the pressure. That dastardly peer pressure my parents warned me about. And now I have my own blog. Some of you will be shocked. Some amused. But, hopefully, it will turn out to be a successful venture into the world that is blogging.

For a long time, I have considered creating my own blog. Various reasons held me back... after all, this is a whole new level of "putting yourself out there" that I wasn't sure I wanted. Thankfully, a very sound and important reason gave me the final push into the Blog World.

I'm going on a missions trip to Thailand from January 6-21, 2006. Each of us was encouraged to create a blog from which reports could be written and sent back to our prayer partners. And so, here I am. A nice way to begin 2006.

Please pray for the Bangkok Blitz 2006.
