See, I am learning some Thai words. That's the word for "hello." Hard, I know. ;-)
Things have been going so well over here. I am very tired, but feeling well. We've been doing a lot of hard work over here. I heard our tract total is over 20,000. Today we have another full day of tract distribution.
I had my first ever taxi ride yesterday! Four of us went to the hospital to visit the missionary's wife. To get home, we took a free hospital shuttle to the Sky Train station, then we caught a taxi the rest of the way home. People who drive here apparently don't need blinkers. They just swerve into the lane they want. And our driver turned his radio station to the "American" station. Little did he know I don't listen to Christina Aguilera at home. :) I thought it was comical.
Our meeting is ready to start, so I need to close for now. Just wanted to let you know I'm still alive and doing well. I am tired, but I sure wouldn't trade the experience for anything. I have seen and done so many amazing things. If you ever get a chance to go on an international missions trip, take it!!
Love to all--
Julie

LoL re Taxi and "American" radio. I've almost only ever ridden in taxis over-seas; just no need state-side. And I remember the surprise when my Kuaiti friend learned that I did not listen to Britney Spears. She thought every American listened to Britney Spears; every cool one, at least. :)
Keep up the good work....
